



Launched in the spring of 2017, Chicken + Whiskey is a hip and edgy fast casual restaurant and bar concept. SRG developed this model as a direct response to the South American rotisseries chicken craze sweeping the nation combined with the allure of the ultimate “neighborhood comfort bar” all communities embrace. Chicken + Whiskey will be two rich concepts in one location, separated by their own respective spaces but joined by the same commitment to high quality and professional execution. “Chicken in the front…Whiskey in the back.”
Chicken + Whiskey is led by the talents of renowned Venezuelan chef, Enrique Limardo, who brings his incredible creativity and passion to the food program. His menu of wood charcoal fired rotisserie chicken platters, sandwiches, wraps, arepas, salads, soups and sides are mouth-watering and memorable. Our fast-casual restaurant features popular, “crave worthy” fresh food favorites suited for both dine-in and take-out options with a focus on deliciously bold flavors. Our neighborhood bar features increasingly popular international whiskeys and craft beer offerings, as well as a unique Kris Carr designed beverage program that suits the individual community it serves.
The fast-casual CHICKEN design displays an open, bright, and exciting action kitchen showcasing the freshness of the food as well as the clean, handcrafted preparation of the menu. SRG bring a full-service hospitality service approach to this fast-casual restaurant model. Décor includes light colored, rough-hewn wood, white washed brick, and our signature Vinotinto colors. Our WHISKEY bar design showcases a warm and inviting vintage industrial feel with utilitarian elements including a butcher-block bar, rolled steel bar rails, and “big block” ice program. The signature music program, directed by Charles Koch boasts1500 vinyl albums and has become a “must play” joint for DJ talent in Washington, D.C.
