Launched in the spring of 2017, Chicken + Whiskey is a hip and edgy fast casual restaurant and bar concept. SRG Concepts developed this model as a direct response to the incredibly popular Peruvian rotisseries chicken craze, combined with the allure of the fun neighborhood whiskey bar.

Chicken + Whiskey is led by the talents of renowned Venezuelan chef, Enrique Limardo, who brings his incredible creativity and passion to the food program. His menu of natural wood charcoal-fired rotisserie chicken, sangüiches, wraps, arepas, salads, and soups are mouth-watering and memorable. Our fast-casual restaurant features popular, “crave worthy” favorites suited for both dine-in, take-out and delivery options with a focus on deliciously bold flavors. Our neighborhood bar features increasingly popular international whiskeys and craft beer offerings, as well as a unique Kris Carr designed beverage program that suits the individual community it serves.
